Ontario Plan & Permit Submission

Having spent four years with the Ontario Ministry of Mines (in its various forms), I reviewed and processed hundreds of plan and permit applications, gaining deep insight into regulatory expectations and common pitfalls. I prepare and submit your applications accurately and in full compliance with current Ministry guidelines and the MLAS platform. MLAS Solutions

Ontario's MLAS (Mining Lands Administration System) is powerful but notoriously complex and frequently updated—frustrating even for experienced users. I was with the Ministry during its early, turbulent rollout, so I understand its quirks intimately. I handle claim registration, transfers, assessment work filings, and other MLAS tasks accurately and efficiently, saving you time and reducing the risk of errors or delays.

Indigenous Consultation

A significant part of my Ministry tenure involved coordinating consultations with First Nations and Métis communities affected by exploration activities in Northwest Ontario.
